Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between SEEKWL LTD, trading as CleanMyData ("CleanMyData", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17380801, registered office London, United Kingdom), and the business you represent ("you"), for the use of the service at cleanmydata.co (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them.

The Service is a business tool. You confirm you are using it for business purposes, not as a consumer.

1. The Service

CleanMyData is a data engine: you upload business data files (Excel, CSV), the engine cleans, validates and reconciles them, and returns an analysis (metrics, findings and recommendations) with exports depending on your plan. The engine is rules-based, deterministic software. During the current pilot phase, access is by invitation.

"Business Unit" means a single operating business, site or location whose data is analysed under the subscription. A parent company, group or franchisor operating multiple sites requires one subscription per site, on any plan. A subscription may not be used to process data belonging to any other business, site or entity, whether related to you or not.

Every paid plan is licensed per Business Unit. Where the Service describes analyses as "unlimited", that refers to the number of analyses only, never to the number of Business Units. If you operate more than one, contact us at support@cleanmydata.co about an Enterprise plan.

2. Your account

Sign-in is passwordless, by email link. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, and for everything done through your CleanMyData account. Tell us immediately at support@cleanmydata.co if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

3. Your data

• You keep all rights to the files you upload and to the results generated from them.
• You are responsible for the content of your files and confirm you have the right to upload them, including, where they contain personal data about your customers or staff, a lawful basis to have us process it on your behalf (see our Privacy Policy; a Data Processing Agreement is available on request).
• We process uploaded data only to provide the Service, never for advertising.
• We may review anonymised structural information about uploaded files (such as column types, table relationships and error patterns) to diagnose failures and improve the Service. We do not use the contents of customer data to train machine-learning models, and we never share customer data with third parties.
• You can delete a project at any time; deletion permanently removes the uploaded file and every derived result.

4. Acceptable use

You must not: upload data you have no right to process; upload malicious files; attempt to breach, probe or overload the Service; resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written agreement; or use the Service in breach of applicable law.

5. Plans, limits and fair use

Plans are described on the pricing page. During the pilot, pricing is provisional and features may move between plans; we will give you reasonable notice of changes that affect you. Where paid plans are active, fees are payable in advance and non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Detailed payment terms will be published here before billing goes live.

Free plan. Cleaning only: the cleaned file and the cleaning review. It does not include the dashboard, KPIs, risks or recommendations. Up to 3 files per calendar month. A business email address is required at sign-up.

Premium plan. The full engine, for one Business Unit as defined in section 1. The pricing page describes analyses as unlimited; in practice this is subject to fair use of up to 100 analyses per calendar month, which is far above normal use.

Business plan. Premium plus automatic refresh, connectors to your existing systems, additional seats and priority support, for one Business Unit. Same fair use limit of 100 analyses per calendar month. Connector availability depends on the systems you use; we agree the scope with you before you are charged.

Maximum file size is as published on the Service at the time of upload.

If you exceed fair use we will contact you to discuss an Enterprise plan. We will not suspend or throttle a paying account mid-month for exceeding fair use without speaking to you first.

Enterprise plans cover multi-site groups, administrative controls, branding and white labelling. Contact support@cleanmydata.co.

6. How long we keep your results

• Free plan: the cleaned file and results are available for 7 days from the run, then deleted.
• Premium and Business plans: results are retained for 90 days from the run, unless you delete them earlier.
• Any plan: you can delete a project at any time. Deletion permanently removes the uploaded file and every derived result from storage.

Keep your own copies of source files. We are not a backup service.

7. The analysis is information, not advice

The Service produces automated analysis of the data you provide: figures, findings, and recommendations. It is information to support your own decisions. It is not financial, accounting, tax, legal or investment advice, and business decisions you take based on it remain yours. The output depends on the quality and completeness of the data you upload.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and will carry out maintenance with as little disruption as we can, but during the pilot the Service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We recommend you keep your own copies of uploaded source files.

9. Intellectual property

The Service (its software, engine, design and branding) belongs to us or our licensors. These terms give you a right to use it, not any ownership. Feedback you give us about the Service may be used to improve it without obligation to you.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence). Otherwise: we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or loss of data you have not stored with reasonable care; and our total liability arising out of the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in that period and £100.

11. Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, create security risk, or are required to be suspended by law, with notice where reasonably possible. On closure, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. For material changes we will give you at least 14 days' notice by email; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are established in the EU, mandatory provisions of your local law are unaffected.
